Solite Innovations LLC was founded by Jamie Meiselman and Tyler Callaway, both of whom are lifelong cold-water surfers with their early surfing experiences rooted in the Northeast US, a region where the use of thick wetsuit boots and gloves is essential for the majority of the year.

Meiselman has dedicated much of his career to the snowboarding industry, notably leading the boot division for Burton Snowboards among other leading snowboard brands. Callaway brings decades of experience from the surf industry, most prominently in his role in establishing and managing FCS Fins/Accessories in the Americas. Operating bi-coastally, Solite has Callaway stationed in California and Meiselman in New Jersey.

The development of Solite wetsuit boots is the culmination of over five years of research, development, and rigorous testing across some of the most challenging cold water and tropical environments worldwide, ranging from mid-winter in Maine to low-tide sessions in G-Land. This extensive testing period, aided by some of the world’s foremost surfers, has been pivotal in refining their boots, leading to the eagerly anticipated release of their technology to the public.
